These Terms of Service are issued by Seven Trent Petroleum Corporation for the Seven Trent App.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Seven Trent App, related app features, backend-served legal acknowledgements, account tools, business and service-address registration workflows, supporting file uploads, order-related platform workflows, delivery-status features, communications, and related platform interactions.
The Seven Trent App is a business-to-business fuel and commodity logistics platform. It is intended for authorized business Users and their authorized representatives. It is not intended for minors or for personal household use.
By creating an account, accessing the Seven Trent App, accepting these Terms in the app, or continuing to use the Seven Trent App after these Terms become effective, each User agrees to be bound by these Terms, subject to any separate consent or acknowledgement requirements presented in the Seven Trent App.
Where a User acts for a business, company, entity, service address, or other organization, the User represents that the User has authority to act for that business or organization and to provide the information, acknowledgements, supporting files, and instructions submitted through the Seven Trent App.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Account” means the Seven Trent App account, profile, credentials, session, device, and related access records associated with a User.
“Order Contract / Terms and Conditions” means the separate order-specific legal document, acknowledgement, or terms presented to and accepted by Users during order submission or other order-related workflows.
“Privacy Policy” means the Seven Trent App Privacy Policy issued by Seven Trent Petroleum Corporation, as updated from time to time.
“Service Address” means a business or delivery site registered, submitted, reviewed, verified, approved, rejected, suspended, or otherwise managed through the Seven Trent App or Seven Trent backend systems.
“Seven Trent,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Seven Trent Petroleum Corporation.
“Seven Trent App” means the mobile, desktop, backend-connected, and related app experience provided by Seven Trent for authorized business Users.
“Supporting Files” means documents, images, PDFs, permits, certifications, business records, site photos, order-related attachments, settlement-related attachments, delivery-related records, or other files submitted through the Seven Trent App or related support channels.
“Terms” means these Seven Trent App Terms of Service.
“User,” “Users,” “you,” or “your” means an authorized business user, account holder, representative, employee, agent, officer, or other person authorized to access or use the Seven Trent App for or on behalf of a business or Service Address.
3. Eligibility and Authority
The Seven Trent App may be used only by Users who are authorized to access the platform for business purposes.
Users must provide accurate, current, complete, and authorized information when registering, maintaining an Account, submitting business details, registering Service Addresses, submitting Supporting Files, acknowledging legal documents, placing orders, or interacting with Seven Trent.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to submit business information, Service Address details, permits, certifications, site photos, delivery instructions, settlement-related attachments, and other Supporting Files through the Seven Trent App.
Seven Trent may require additional information, verification, documentation, or confirmation of authority before approving or continuing access to an Account, Service Address, order workflow, delivery workflow, or other platform feature.
4. Account Registration and Security
Users must register and maintain their Accounts using accurate information, including required identity, contact, business, and account details. Seven Trent may review, approve, reject, suspend, or restrict an Account where information is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, outdated, unauthorized, or inconsistent with platform requirements.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of login credentials, one-time passcodes, Account access, devices, sessions, and any other authentication or recovery methods associated with the Account.
Users must not share credentials, allow unauthorized access, misuse sessions, bypass security controls, or use another person’s Account. Access must be limited to authorized Users.
Users must promptly notify Seven Trent if they suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, device compromise, session misuse, fraudulent activity, or any other security issue affecting the Account.
Where third-party sign-in or account-linking options are made available, those options may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Third-party sign-in availability does not guarantee that self-registration through any third-party provider is available.
Seven Trent may use authentication, session validation, device-related checks, account recovery processes, security logs, trusted-device controls, and other technical or manual controls to protect Accounts and the platform.
5. Business and Service Address Onboarding
Users may be required to submit business information, Service Address details, site location information, business contact details, storage or receiving-facility information, brand or dispenser information, permits, certifications, site photos, and other Supporting Files for review.
Users must ensure that Service Address information is accurate, current, lawful, and authorized. This includes address lines, city, province, postal code, coordinates, location metadata, contact details, business details, storage details, delivery instructions, and related documents.
Submitting a Service Address or Supporting Files does not guarantee acceptance, verification, order eligibility, dispatch eligibility, delivery eligibility, or continued access. Seven Trent may review, validate, verify, reject, request correction, request resubmission, suspend, restrict, or remove a Service Address or related Supporting Files.
Seven Trent may restrict editing of a Service Address or related information while review, verification, investigation, or operational processing is underway.
Users are responsible for ensuring that each Service Address is capable of safely receiving deliveries and that submitted business permits, certifications, site photos, and other Supporting Files are accurate, readable, current, relevant, and lawfully provided.
6. Legal Document Relationship
The Seven Trent App uses a separate legal-document stack:
- These Terms of Service, which govern general platform use, Account registration, business and Service Address onboarding, platform access, acceptable use, Supporting Files, communications, service availability, suspension, termination, and general interaction with the Seven Trent App.
- The Privacy Policy, which governs personal data, business-related personal data, uploaded-file metadata, location and Service Address data, order and delivery records, legal consent records, data subject rights, retention, deletion, support, and DPO request handling.
- The Order Contract / Terms and Conditions, which governs order-specific commercial terms, including order submission, product-specific terms, settlement review, delivery, product acceptance, shared deliveries, dedicated deliveries, site readiness, order-specific acknowledgements, credits, reversals, refunds, disputes, and other commercial or operational terms presented during order submission.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about personal data handling, the Privacy Policy controls for that subject. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an accepted Order Contract / Terms and Conditions about an order-specific transaction, the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions controls for that order-specific subject.
Users may be required to accept the active version of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, the Order Contract / Terms and Conditions. If a required legal document is declined or not accepted, Seven Trent may restrict Account access, order submission, Service Address use, or other platform features.
Seven Trent may keep records of legal-document acceptance, including the accepted document type, version, title, timestamp, Account, IP address, user agent, and related evidence of acceptance.
7. Orders and Order Contract / Terms and Conditions
Order-specific transactions are governed by the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions accepted by the User during order submission or another order-related workflow.
Submitting an order through the Seven Trent App does not automatically guarantee acceptance, final confirmation, product availability, allocation, dispatch, delivery schedule, route, delivery time, or successful completion. Order submission may be subject to verified Service Address status, active cycle or cutoff rules, product availability, quantity rules, order settlement status, Supporting File review, dispatch capacity, delivery capacity, operational availability, and Seven Trent confirmation.
By checking the applicable order-consent box and submitting an order, the User agrees to the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions for that order.
The Order Contract / Terms and Conditions may include order-specific rules for calibrated and sealed delivery, volume measurement, dispatch verification, inspection upon delivery, product acceptance, shared 500-liter deliveries, dedicated deliveries, delivery-site readiness, discrepancy reporting, credits, reversals, refunds, disputes, and other commercial or operational matters.
Users must provide accurate order information, Service Address details, delivery instructions, receiving-personnel information, and other information required for order processing.
8. Supporting File Attachments and Billing
Seven Trent may require Users to upload Supporting Files for orders, billing, order settlement review, delivery coordination, dispute handling, account review, or related operational purposes.
A Supporting File submitted for an order is evidence for review only. Uploading a Supporting File does not automatically confirm settlement, billing status, order acceptance, dispatch, delivery, crediting, reversal, refund, or any other commercial result.
Seven Trent personnel may review Supporting Files and determine whether a file is accepted, rejected, requires clarification, requires resubmission, or requires investigation.
Seven Trent may reject, restrict, remove, quarantine, or disregard Supporting Files that are altered, fraudulent, tampered with, unreadable, unsupported, duplicate, mismatched, invalid, malicious, suspicious, unrelated, excessive, or otherwise unsuitable for the stated purpose.
Rejected, suspicious, or invalid Supporting Files may delay order processing, billing review, dispatch, delivery, account review, or other platform activity. They may also result in suspension, restriction, investigation, termination, or other action under these Terms.
Over-remittances, credits, reversals, refunds, billing disputes, allocation issues, and other financial adjustments are subject to finance review and the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions.
Seven Trent may retain billing records, order records, invoice records, receipt records, ledger records, Supporting Files, review records, audit records, and dispute records as described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions.
9. Uploads and User Content
Users must upload only accurate, lawful, relevant, readable, non-malicious files that they are authorized to provide.
Users must not upload malware, malicious code, tampered documents, fraudulent Supporting Files, misleading files, duplicate files intended to mislead, unsupported files, unrelated files, excessive files, unnecessary third-party personal data, bank details or identifiers not requested by Seven Trent, health information, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested and necessary for the applicable transaction, verification, legal, or support purpose.
Supporting Files for orders are limited to 5 MB per file. Business permits and certifications are limited to 10 MB per file. Supported file types are JPG, PNG, and PDF, unless the Seven Trent App or backend displays a different supported type for a specific workflow.
Seven Trent may validate, sanitize, scan, review, reject, quarantine, remove, restrict, or block uploaded files. Seven Trent may also require resubmission where a file is unreadable, unsupported, incomplete, unsafe, unverifiable, mismatched, or unsuitable.
Uploaded files may be used to provide and protect the Seven Trent App, verify Service Addresses, review Supporting Files for orders, support billing and delivery operations, maintain records, investigate disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, protect system security, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, audit, regulatory, or operational requirements.
Uploading a file does not guarantee that the file will remain available for direct access by the User. Seven Trent does not promise permanent direct access to uploaded files. User-controlled upload deletion is available only where expressly provided in the Seven Trent App or confirmed by Seven Trent support.
10. Delivery, ETA, Route Information, and Site Access
Delivery status, ETA, route, distance, duration, driver, vehicle, and related delivery information shown in the Seven Trent App are operational estimates or status information. They are not guarantees of route, arrival time, delivery time, driver location, product availability, or delivery completion.
The Seven Trent App may not provide live GPS tracking. Route, ETA, driver, vehicle, and delivery status information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, approximate, cached, or changed for operational, technical, safety, provider, network, dispatch, traffic, weather, route, site-access, or other reasons.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the Service Address is ready and safe to receive the ordered product. Users must provide accurate delivery information, safe access, suitable receiving facilities, authorized receiving personnel, and any required site instructions.
Users are responsible for promptly inspecting delivery details upon receipt and for immediately reporting and documenting discrepancies during the delivery process, as required by the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions.
Seven Trent may delay, reschedule, restrict, suspend, or decline delivery where a Service Address is inaccurate, unsafe, inaccessible, not ready, lacks authorized receiving personnel, lacks suitable receiving facilities, or presents legal, security, operational, financial, or reputational risk.
11. Communications
Seven Trent may send Users transactional, operational, account, security, Service Address, order, billing, delivery, support, and legal communications through the Seven Trent App, email, SMS, phone, or other contact channels provided by the User or associated with the Account.
These communications may include Account notices, security notices, Service Address review updates, order updates, billing or settlement-review updates, delivery updates, support replies, legal notices, announcements, and other operational messages.
Marketing messages, if any, will be handled according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Service-related communications may still be sent where necessary for Account operation, security, order processing, delivery coordination, support, legal notices, dispute handling, or recordkeeping.
Users are responsible for keeping contact information accurate and current. Seven Trent is not responsible for missed communications caused by inaccurate contact information, device settings, email filtering, phone unavailability, network issues, or third-party provider issues.
12. Third-Party Services
The Seven Trent App may rely on third-party services, vendors, processors, infrastructure, or tools for cloud hosting, storage, databases, cache, routing, mapping, location services, identity or authentication, communications, security, file handling, support, monitoring, and related operations.
Third-party services may be unavailable, degraded, delayed, changed, suspended, discontinued, or subject to their own terms, conditions, service rules, and privacy notices.
Use of third-party sign-in, mapping, location, communication, storage, or other services may require Users to follow third-party terms or device-level permissions.
Data may be stored, cached, routed, accessed, or otherwise processed outside the Philippines, including in Singapore and Japan production deployments and in locations where Seven Trent’s service providers operate. Personal-data details, safeguards, rights, and request procedures are described in the Privacy Policy.
Seven Trent does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, continuity, security, or performance of third-party services.
13. Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains how Seven Trent processes personal data and related records through the Seven Trent App, backend systems, APIs, support channels, account workflows, Service Address onboarding, Supporting File submission, order workflows, delivery tracking, legal consent records, and operational communications.
The Privacy Policy also explains data subject rights, request procedures, retention, deletion, correction, blocking, consent withdrawal where applicable, portability where applicable, support handling, DPO contact details, and related privacy matters.
By using the Seven Trent App, Users acknowledge that personal data and related records may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Account Closure and Retained Records
Users may request Account closure through the Seven Trent App where available or by contacting Seven Trent support. Account closure is request-based and subject to review by Seven Trent or authorized personnel.
Account closure is not immediate self-service deletion and does not guarantee deletion of all related records. Seven Trent may require identity verification, proof of authority, Account identifiers, registered contact details, transaction details, Service Address information, or other reasonable information before processing a closure or data-related request.
Seven Trent may deny, limit, delay, or condition Account closure, access restriction, deletion, blocking, withdrawal, or related requests where records remain necessary for order fulfillment, delivery operations, support, billing, accounting, tax, audit, fraud prevention, security, abuse investigation, contract enforcement, collections, disputes, legal claims, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
Account access may end before all retained records are deleted. Seven Trent may retain order records, billing records, invoice records, receipt records, ledger records, delivery records, Service Address records, Supporting Files, legal consent records, support records, security records, audit records, upload records, compliance records, and other records as needed for the purposes described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law or contract.
Privacy-related rights and data-management requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
15. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Provide false, inaccurate, misleading, outdated, unauthorized, incomplete, or fraudulent registration, business, Service Address, delivery, billing, or Account information.
- Access or attempt to access another person’s Account or use the Seven Trent App without authorization.
- Share, sell, transfer, misuse, or compromise credentials, one-time passcodes, sessions, devices, tokens, recovery methods, or Account access.
- Upload tampered, fraudulent, duplicate, unsupported, unreadable, misleading, malicious, unrelated, or unauthorized Supporting Files.
- Upload malware, harmful code, corrupted files, unsafe files, or content intended to interfere with the Seven Trent App, backend systems, users, personnel, vendors, or third-party services.
- Interfere with, bypass, disable, probe, scan, test, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Seven Trent App, backend systems, APIs, security controls, rate limits, upload systems, delivery systems, or other platform infrastructure.
- Use bots, scripts, automation, load testing tools, scraping tools, credential stuffing, vulnerability probes, or similar methods without written authorization from Seven Trent.
- Misuse delivery, route, ETA, driver, vehicle, dispatch, Service Address, or operational information.
- Use the Seven Trent App for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, unauthorized, or non-business purposes.
- Submit unnecessary third-party personal data, sensitive data, or confidential information not requested by Seven Trent.
- Circumvent app update requirements, security prompts, access restrictions, legal-document acceptance requirements, or order-consent requirements.
- Cause or attempt to cause legal, security, financial, operational, reputational, or technical harm to Seven Trent, its Users, personnel, service providers, or business partners.
16. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
Seven Trent may suspend, restrict, terminate, reject, review, or investigate an Account, Service Address, order, Supporting File, delivery workflow, legal acknowledgement, or access to the Seven Trent App where:
- Information is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unverifiable, misleading, or unauthorized.
- A User lacks authority to act for a business, Service Address, or Account.
- A Supporting File is rejected, suspicious, fraudulent, altered, mismatched, malicious, unsupported, unreadable, duplicate, or otherwise invalid.

- A User declines or fails to accept a required legal document or order-specific acknowledgement.
- Continued access creates or may create legal, security, operational, financial, safety, compliance, or reputational risk.
- Seven Trent is required or permitted to act by law, regulation, court order, regulator, government authority, internal risk review, security review, finance review, or operational review.
- Seven Trent reasonably believes suspension or restriction is needed to protect the Seven Trent App, Users, personnel, delivery operations, business records, systems, or third-party services.
Suspension, restriction, or termination does not waive any obligation incurred before the action. Seven Trent may retain records as described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions.
Where reasonable and appropriate, Seven Trent may provide notice or an opportunity to respond. Seven Trent may act without prior notice where required by law, urgent risk, security concern, suspected fraud, operational safety, or platform integrity.
17. Service Availability, Maintenance, and App Updates
The Seven Trent App may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, interrupted, restricted, or modified due to maintenance, outages, connectivity issues, device issues, app-store issues, backend changes, provider issues, security updates, operational requirements, force updates, emergency action, or other reasons.
Seven Trent may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue features, workflows, APIs, legal-document screens, order tools, Supporting File tools, delivery-status features, communications, or other platform functions.
Users may need to install updates or use supported app versions to continue accessing the Seven Trent App or specific features.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Order-specific limitations, exclusions, remedies, credits, reversals, refunds, and dispute procedures may be set out in the applicable Order Contract / Terms and Conditions.
