What deletion means

Account deletion is not immediate self-service deletion. Seven Trent may require identity verification, proof of authority, account identifiers, registered contact details, transaction details, service address information, or other reasonable information before processing a deletion or data-related request.

When a request is fulfilled, Seven Trent may soft-delete or anonymize the core user account and may invalidate account sessions. Account access can end before all related records are deleted.

Records that may be retained

Seven Trent may deny, limit, delay, or condition deletion, blocking, portability, withdrawal, or related requests where records remain necessary for order fulfillment, delivery operations, support, billing, accounting, tax, audit, fraud prevention, security, abuse investigation, contract enforcement, collections, disputes, legal claims, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business purposes.

Retained records may include order records, billing records, invoice records, receipt records, ledger records, delivery records, service address records, supporting files, legal consent records, support records, security records, audit records, upload records, compliance records, and other records as needed under the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or contract.
