1. Calibrated and Sealed Delivery
- The tanker used for delivery is duly calibrated, sealed, and operated in accordance with applicable regulatory and operational standards.
- Product volume is measured using approved calibration methods and verified prior to dispatch.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
- I understand that I am responsible for verifying the delivery details upon receipt.
- The fuel level and delivery documentation may be inspected and verified at the time of delivery.
3. Acceptance of Product
- Upon completion of unloading into my designated storage tank or receiving facility, I acknowledge receipt of the delivered product and volume as reflected in the delivery documents, unless any discrepancy is immediately reported and documented during the delivery process.
4. Shared Deliveries for Minimum Orders
- I understand that orders of 500 liters may be consolidated with orders from other customers for operational efficiency.
- By placing a 500-liter order, I acknowledge and accept that my order may form part of a shared tanker load and is not guaranteed a dedicated tanker compartment.
5. Dedicated Deliveries
- Customers requiring a dedicated tanker compartment or direct depot allocation are encouraged to place larger-volume orders, subject to company policies and availability.
6. Order Processing and Delivery
- I agree to provide accurate delivery information and ensure that the delivery site is ready to receive the product.
- Compliance with these requirements helps facilitate timely order processing and delivery.
